A mid century modern teak coffee table made by RS Associates of Montreal, a well regarded Canadian maker from the era. The draw here is the teak itself, with the warm grain these pieces are known for, and a low rectangular form that keeps the attention on the wood rather than on any detailing.

At 45 inches wide, 24 inches deep and 15 inches high (114 x 61 x 38 cm), it sits low and reads long without taking over a seating area. The surface is glossy enough to catch light across the grain. Clean lines like these work in front of a sofa or pulled out on their own as a bench style surface.

Original condition. The piece is clean and intact, with no scratches, water rings, chips, splits, veneer lifting at the corners or wobble.
