  3. Get paid. We handle the photos, the offer and the pickup. When we buy, you get 10% of what we pay, by e-transfer within 7 days of pickup.

Anyone whose work puts them in homes full of furniture: realtors with downsizing clients, senior move managers, professional organizers, estate sale and auction companies, junk removal and cleanout crews. You are already there. We make it worth a quick call.

What we buy

Mid-century teak, walnut and rosewood from the 1950s to the 1970s, Danish and Canadian makers, art deco, and well-made older solid wood. Damage is fine: we restore everything in our Edmonton shop. See selling to us and estates and downsizing for what your clients will see.

Anywhere in Alberta

We pick up anywhere in the province. We are quickest around Edmonton, and arrange pickup farther out case by case.

Questions

When do I get paid?

Within 7 days of us picking up the furniture, by e-transfer, with a note saying which job it was for.

What if we do not buy anything?

Then there is no fee, and no cost to you or the seller. We only pay on what we actually buy.

How do you know the seller came from me?

They come in through your link, or they name your business when they first call or email us. Either way it is on their file from the start.

Is there a limit?

No. 10% of every purchase from every seller you send, for as long as you keep sending them.

Who can be paid?

Businesses: realtors, move managers, organizers, estate sale, auction, junk removal and cleanout companies. We do not pay fees to an executor or a family member selling for an estate. If you are a realtor, let your client know about the fee.
